thnks pip there are so many of us out there who have human bodies and the chance to be human BEINGS but we have to have a path of some sort , yoga has that path that has a way for all, one way or another , strange how we can live inside with the play of the mind rather than outside in the beauty of the planet and lifes experience i had the chance to wake up and live yo and was given a gap to become a teacher in this wonderful tradition and so would love to share with others so that their lives can be full of light ,may the resonance pervail om

I do believe I could benefit from taking up yoga, as I understand it is useful in allieviating arthritis - something I suffer from. Please advise. Yoga is one of the great many things I keep meaning to start, but somehow never get around to. Unfortunately your location in St Vincent sur Jard rules me out as a student (is that right?), but may prompt me to renew a search in South Vendée. Anybody out there know of any yoga classes held in the la Chat/Fontenay/Chantonny area?

Not sure about all this "path that has a way for all" stuff, but maybe I'll appreciate and understand it once I start. Does sound a bit daunting though, and sort of reminiscent of 60s psychedelia, when all I have in mind is beneficial, structured gentle-ish exercise taught by an experienced instructor.

We have loads of people near us, selling soaps and stones,said to have the same result,without all the exercise.

hi as you say one of the great things you mean to start ??? funny thing about yoga is the physical postures have an amazing effect on the whole individual and on the deeper side.Asana ,physical postures , open up all that locked in energy , this energy comes from mental impressions what then ??? then we need the deeper side to channal to nuture the individual . As stated by those beings of knowledge One needs to be a spiritual warrior -to face one's demons and then a spiritual gardener to nuture the inherent good , as they say you can run but you can not hide from yourSELF . As for the stones etc yoga is a path that if one has the courage to tread one will live free as an individual in the now ??????????? find me a stone that can do this and i will be first customer keep it in peace with love in your actions,feelings and thoughts om shanti om
